Product Description
Material properties are superior to ordinary ferritic stainless steel: 443 stainless steel improves corrosion resistance by increasing Cr, reducing C and adding Ti. Improvement of pitting corrosion resistance: increase the content of Cr to improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel matrix, and increase Ti to improve its pitting corrosion resistance. With the increase of Cr content, the electrode potential of the stainless steel substrate is improved. Meanwhile, Ti preferentially forms a stable compound with C in the stainless steel, which inhibits the combination of C and Cr in the stainless steel, suppresses the appearance of Cr poor spots, and improves its pitting corrosion resistance. Improvement of thermal service life: Ti element preferentially forms C compound, which inhibits the enrichment of C to the grain boundary of stainless steel under heating conditions, improves the thermal service life of stainless steel, improves the intergranular corrosion resistance of stainless steel, and improves the thermal stability of stainless steel.
