The 1100 aluminum is made of fresh aluminum ingot, Also called pure aluminum. Because the aluminum purity is up to 99%-99.7%. Since it does not contain other metal elements, it is a single production process and relatively inexpensive. This makes it be the most commonly used series in the normal industry. It has conductive, good thermal conductivity, which is very good and only after silver, copper, gold. Low density: The density of pure aluminum is 2.71KG/M3, 1/3 of that of iron.

1100 is commercially pure aluminium. It is soft and ductile and has excellent work ability. However pure aluminum can be hot worked as well, but more frequently, aluminum is shaped by spinning, stamping and drawing, and none of them require the use of high heat.
