8011 is a series of aluminum, belonging to 8 ××× Al Fe Si element is added to the series alloy aluminum strip, and the alloy properties of more than 1% of the total alloy elements are relatively high. 8011 is usually used as aluminum foil, and its performance is better than pure aluminum foil. It is widely used in aluminum foil, and aluminum plate is not commonly used.
8011 aluminum strip is the product of aluminum coil and aluminum plate after slitting by slitting machine. It is mainly reflected in the width. Usually the width of aluminum strip does not exceed 800mm. The product is widely used in hardware and electrical appliances, lighting manufacturing, transformers and other industries.
The weight and strength of 8011 aluminum strip are not high, but it can be doubled by cold working, and then adding alloying elements and further strengthening after heat treatment, its strength is comparable to that of alloy steel. 8011 aluminum strip has low density and easy processing, and can be cast by any casting method.
Packing&Delivery
Plastic film and waterproof paper can be covered at customers’ need. What’s more, wooden pallet or wooden case is adopted to protect products from damage during the delivery.
There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience.
There are 2 tons in one pallet, and loading 20-23 tons in 1×20′ container, and 22-25 tons in 1×40′ container.
