1050 aluminum belongs to commercially pure wrought family with a purity of 99.5% Aluminum. Except Al, 0.4% of Fe is added to 1050 aluminum, thus, it has high electrical conductivity.
Besides, 1050 aluminum is non-heat treatment series is produced in extruded sections. 1050 aluminum has high ductility and high reflective finish. It has excellent cold workability, braze-ability and solder-ability, and it is strengthened by cold working. However, 1050 aluminum has low mechanical strength compared to more significantly alloyed metals.
