Chaeum Premium is a series of dermal fillers containing highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA). The unique cross-linking technology used in the production of Chaeum Premium fillers provides a single-phase and uniform structure of the HA. Exceptional purity is obtained by prolonged dialysis of hyaluronic acid after the cross-linking reaction. The regular and dense gel structure ensures a smooth and even distribution of the product during injection and a natural-looking effect.
The Chaeum Premium line of fillers based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid is presented in 4 types with a number sequence from 1 to 4.

Chaeum Premium 1 is used to treat wrinkles on the forehead and fine lines around the eyes. The filler has a high rate of HA cross-linking and is injected into the middle and superficial dermis. High purity reduces post-injection irritation; low endotoxin concentration increases product safety. Even distribution of the filler in the subcutaneous skin layers after injection is assured due to its regular and thick structure.
Chaeum Premium 2 is intended to treat moderate wrinkles and enhance the lips. The filler has a 2 out of 4 HA cross-linking rate injected into the mid-and superficial dermis. High purity reduces post-injection irritation; low endotoxin concentration increases product safety. Even distribution of the filler in the subcutaneous skin layers after injection is assured due to its regular and thick structure.
Chaeum Premium 3 is intended to treat moderate to severe wrinkles, enhance the lips, and volumize the face. The filler is injected into the middle and deep dermis and has a high HA cross-linking rate of 3 out of 4.
Chaeum Premium 4 is distinguished by its superior quality and purity, obtained via the use of a proprietary long-term dialysis technique of cross-linked hyaluronic acid at a rate of four out of four. It is administered subcutaneously.
High purity minimizes post-injection inflammation; low BDDE and protein loads minimize the risk of allergic reactions; advanced product safety is ensured by the lengthy dialysis process used to remove BDDE residues; constant extrusion force enables smooth, and even injection, which makes the procedure easier, less painful, and also reduces the risk of injury.
