SUS430, Japan SUS series stainless steel. The steel grade of SUS430 (F/FR) stainless steel corresponding to the national standard is 1Cr17. The tensile strength is greater than 450, the yield strength is greater than 205, and HBS is less than 183 (the data is in the annealed state). It is commonly used for building decoration, heavy oil burner parts, etc. 430LX added Ti or Nb in 430 steel and reduced C content, which improved the processability and welding performance. It is used for hot water tank, hot water supply system, sanitary appliances, household durable appliances, bicycle flywheel, etc. 430 stainless steel, steel+12% chromium can prevent oxidation caused by natural factors, which is called stainless steel. In JIS, the code is 430, so it is also called 430 stainless steel. However, 430 stainless steel cannot resist the oxidation caused by chemical substances in the air. Since there are more and more acidic chemicals in the air, 430 stainless steel will still be oxidized (rusted) due to unnatural factors after being used for a period of time.
