Surface treatment: 1. Paint sealant. An additional protection against corrosion, especially fingerprint resistance, is provided by applying an extremely thin transparent organic coating film. It can improve lubricity when forming and serve as an adhesive bottom layer for subsequent coatings.
2. Phosphating. Through phosphating treatment, so that various coating types of galvanized steel plate, in addition to normal cleaning, no further treatment can be coated. This treatment can improve the adhesion and anticorrosion properties of the coating and reduce the risk of corrosion during storage and transportation. After phosphating, it can be used with suitable lubricant to improve the molding performance.
