This treatment is generally not in zinc iron alloy coating, in addition to the smooth surface, as a routine, the production plant on other types of galvanized layer are passivated.

Oil coating can reduce the corrosion of steel plate under wet storage condition, and the oil coating of steel plate and steel strip after passivation treatment will further reduce the corrosion under wet storage condition. The oil layer should be able to be removed with a degreaser that does not damage the zinc layer.
