100CrMnSi6-4 bearing steel is based on GCr15 steel. The content of Si and Mn is appropriately increased to improve its hardenability and elastic limit, and its wear resistance is also better than GCr15. The applicable size range for manufacturing rolling element is larger than GCr15, and it is mainly used for manufacturing bearing ring steel ball with wall thickness>12mm and outer diameter>280mm with diameter>50mm; Tapered, cylindrical and spherical rollers with diameters>22mm and all sizes.
