12Cr1MoV round steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of this steel is close to the rupture strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of rupture tension; The steel has good processability and weldability, but needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and needs to be stress removed after welding. It is widely used in superheater, header and main pipe of HP, UHP and subcritical power station boiler. It still has high thermal strength and oxidation resistance at 580 ℃.
