Stainless Steel Bright Round Bar AISI/SAE S32100,321 SUS321
SUS321 austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, bridge and automotive industries. Equivalent to Grade 304 in the annealed condition, and superior if a weldment in these grades has not been post-weld annealed or if the application involves service in the 425-900 °C range.Generally speaking, grade 321 is more resistant to corrosion than grade 316 because its titanium content provides a protective oxide film on its surface when exposed to water or other liquids containing chlorides or sulfuric acid compounds.
