Usage of Yoni etsam herbs
.Pour 1.5 Litres of water into a pot with lid and allow to boil for 2 mins.
2. Add 1/2 pack of Yoni Steam Herbs to the water and close lid.
3. Bring water to a soft boil for about 5-10 mins and then turn off heat.
4. Leave the lid on and allow to steep for a few more minutes.
5. Pour herbal water into the container you have prepared.
6. Remove all clothing from your lower body and ensure steam is at a temperature before sitting over it.
7. Drape a large blanket over your body to ensure no heat escapes.
8. Relax and remain seated over steaming water for approximately 25-50 mins.
9. Get in bed and relax for at least 30 mins after steaming.
