The idler is casted with alkali phenolic resin sand or sodium silie-bonded san process.Surface hardness reaches minimum HRC48-58 with hardness depth between 4-6mm(HRC45),after heat treatment process.The idler is able to withstand high impact and wear resistence under harsh workoing conditions.
