1. What is your MOQ?
We can accept any quantity if we have stock. The MOQ for customized products is 200 pieces like Excavator Sprocket, but the MOQ for track adjuster assy is 50 pieces.

2. Can you accept OEM order?
Yes, we have done many OEM orders for many clients. Show us your products image, material, design, package requirements, logo, etc., and we will make it for you.

3. How long can I receive the goods after I confirm the order?
After factory received the payment, and if the item is in stock, it can be shipped on the same day. If the item is not in stock,
the product needs to be produced for 15-60 days.
After the goods are sent out, it takes 2 weeks to ship to Southeast Asia by sea, 1 week to Japan, and 4 weeks to Saudi Arabia.

4. How do I pay for the order?
We support T/T payment, Western Union, Credit Card. After confirming the order, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the full amount of the goods. After that, you need to pay the remaining balance before shipment.
