       SZG series double cone vacuum dryer is an indirect heating batch type drying processor. The bi-conical drying chamber has heating jacket which can be filled with hot water, steam or thermal oil. During the operation, vacuum condition is created by the vacuum pump and wet material flows alongside the heated inner surface with the rotation of drying chamber. Heat transfer happens between wet material and heated surface of drying chamber. The evaporated moisture is sucked out by vacuum pump. If the evaporated moisture needs to be recovered, condenser and buffer tank can be equipped.
      SZG series double cone vacuum dryer has been widely used in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry for drying:
        1) Powder, small granule or fiber products with good flowability.

        2) Easy-oxidized, toxic, explosive or heat sensitive humid masses after centrifugation or filteration.

        3) Moisture is organic solution and need to be recovered.

 
  Products Features    
      ---Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore, for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.

      ---The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam, or hot water etc.. The heat loss is less.

      ---Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.

      ---It belongs to the static dryer. So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.

      ---Low noise and easy to clean and operate

  Products Principle  

      The so-called vacuum drying is to heat and dry the dried material under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used to dehumidify, the drying rate will be accelerated.

      Note: If the condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if the SK series water ring vacuum pump is used, the condenser can be omitted, saving energy investment.
