  Products Principle  

• Driven by motor, V-belt wheel, worm and worm gear, under the action of eccentric crankshaft and lifting rack, the pentagonal hob driven by the gear shaft will make periodic reciprocating rotation. The material moves continuously and is controlled by the gap between the screen and the rotor to extrude the particles. Its production capacity varies with the moisture content, type, viscosity and mesh of the material, and various specifications of particles can be produced.
• When crushing dry materials, the materials that have condensed into lumps are impacted and crushed in the drum made of pentagonal hobs, and the dry materials are forced to pass through the screen.
