Working principle
- The air passes through the filter and heater and enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid passes through the filter and is pumped to the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber. It is sprayed into very small mist droplets, which contact the hot air with a large surface area. The water evaporates quickly, and in a very short time It is dried into granular products, and the wet exhaust gas is captured at the bottom of the tower and cyclone separator and discharged to the outside by a fan.
Features and applications
- 1. The drying speed is fast. The surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after centrifugal spraying. In the high-temperature air flow, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant, and the drying time only takes a few seconds.
- 2. Suitable for heat-sensitive materials. Since the liquid droplets and hot air flow in parallel directions, although the temperature of the hot air is higher, the material will not be overheated when the water evaporates.
- 3. Wide range of use. A large number of materials with widely different physical properties are produced using this method. Such as polymers and resins; dyes and pigments; ceramics and glasses; rust removers and insecticides; carbohydrates; dairy products; blood and fish products; fertilizers; organic and inorganic compounds; etc. wait.
- 4. The product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility. This is because drying is completed in an instant and the product can maintain a uniform and fine granular shape.
- 5. The production process is simplified and operation control is convenient. Solutions with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials) can be dried into powdery products at one time. After drying, there is no need for crushing and screening, which reduces the production process and improves product purity. The particle size, bulk density and moisture content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.
