Through the continuous solid feeder and distributor, the raw materials that customers need to dry are continuously fed under vacuum conditions. Since the materials are constantly turned during the drying process, the evaporation speed and time are accelerated, while ensuring the uniformity of the product during the drying process. The drying temperature is adjustable from 20-300℃, and the time from the material entering the dryer to being discharged after drying is adjustable in about 20-80 minutes. If the dried product requires a crushing process, it can be crushed under vacuum conditions, which avoids flying dust, increases product yield, and solves problems such as pollution. The dried products are continuously discharged through the vacuum continuous discharger and vacuum collecting machine. At the same time, organic solvents can be recycled, which solves environmental protection problems and increases solvent recycling revenue.
