Fabric entry → Cloth guider → Single padder → Operation platform + Touch Screen Controller → 4 finger uncurler → Infra Red Selvedge Tracing device → Pin chain → 8 chamber → Air cooling → Cylinder cooling → Plaiter
Machine Features:
1. Vertical type entry frame
2. Single padder (inclinder type) , 2 padder roller are coated with synthetic rubber, diameter 350mm.
3. Infra red tracing device, automatic selvedge tracing system
4. Exhausting pipe are connected to each chamber, pipe thickness is 1.5mm
5. Chamber insulation panel thickness is 150mm
6. Chamber bottom panel thickness is 100mm
