Machine Features:

1. Stenter machine entry unit is equipped with horizontal type centering device

2. The padder unit is 2 roller horizontal type padder, 1 set of roller is warped with rubber coated roller, with hardness SHAO A 95, another roller is warped with rubber coated roller, hardness SHAO A 85.

4. Production parameters can be setted by the touch screen controller

6. Each drying chamber length is 3000mm, the insulation panel is 150mm thickness

Machine Main Flow Process:

Entry → Padder → Operation Platform → Pinning + Uncurler → Chain → Chamber → Air cooling → Plaiter
