Fully automatic thermal oil heated fabric heat setting machine for fleece fabrics

Features:

1. Vertical type entry, machine consist of 1 set of fabric tension control device equipped with manual adjustor, fabric tension can be adjusted

2. 2 padder roller are coated with synthetic rubber, diameter 350mm

3. 2 sets of chemical tank (500L) are made of stainless steel

4. Chemical trough pneumatic control up and down

5. Left side of operation flatfrom is moniter , monitering the machine exit status.

6. 1 set of 15'' touch screen controller is installed at the right hand of operation platform.

7. Tension of rail can be adjusted by the spring

8. High tenacity horizontal rail

9. Standard heat setting chamber, each chamber length is 3000mm

10. Chamber insulation panel thickness is 150mm

11. Each chamber are equipped with  heating exchanger

12. 1 set of air cooling device

13. Exhaust pipe are connected to each chamber, pipe thickness is 1.5mm
