however, the custom sample will occur sample charge.

A: Usually, the sample production takes about 5-7 workdays.In addition, the express takes about 3-7 days.

A: We start the production once we receive the least 50% deposite and confirm the design.The balance will be asked after we finished bulk

A: 1. Lead Time: 2 or 3 working days for white mock-up samples; 5 or 7 working days for color samples (customized
design) after artwork approval.

2). for new customers, 100-160usd for color samples, it is fully refundable when order confirmed.
