Coating plate variety, about more than 600 kinds, but there is still no unified classification method, because of numerous varieties of difficult to find a distinction between the standard, at the same time each manufacturer has its unique equipment, process, product variety. Now only according to the general custom classification.
1. Classification by using substrate. Usually used for organic coated steel plate substrate: cold rolled plate, hot galvanized plate, galvanized plate, alloy plate, galvanized aluminum plate, galvanized alloy plate, tin plate, chrome plate, aluminum plate, etc.
2. Classification by processing technology. According to different coating methods, there are roller coating method, spraying method, powder method, coating method, printing method and other organic coating steel plate. According to the different coating times, there are one coating one baking, two coating two baking, three coating three baking, four coating four baking and other different processes coated organic coating steel plate. According to embossing or printing processing points, can be subdivided into wood grain board, marble grain, leather grain, cement mortar grain coating steel plate.

Typical production process flow for coated panels:
The whole unit includes the following four parts: the inlet section, the pretreatment section, the coating section, and the outlet section. The common process flow of the two-coating and two-bake color coating production line is: unwinding→stitching→inlet looper→cleaning→pretreatment→preliminary (fine) coating→preliminary (fine) curing→cooling→exit looper→cutting→rolling Pick.
Entrance section: including uncoiling, trimming, seaming, and material storage loops, etc., the function is to loosen the raw material coils and connect them, so as to continuously and uniformly supply metal sheets to the unit.
Pretreatment section: Clean the coated bottom plate and carry out surface treatment to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion to the upper paint film.
Coating section: It is the core part of the whole unit. Usually, the two-coating and two-baking process is used to coat both sides at the same time, that is, primer (primary coating) → baking and curing → cooling → topcoat (finish coating) → Bake and solidify → cool. Depending on the requirements of the product, it can also be used for one coating and one baking or only one side. When painting, it can be applied in reverse or along the roller. The furnace temperature is controlled in sections, and the temperature of each section depends on the type of coating used, the thickness of the bottom plate and the time passing through the oven.
Exit section: the product is divided into rolls (or cut into single sheets according to the required size).
