Tinplate (commonly known as tinplate) refers to the surface of a thin layer of metal tin plate. Tinplate is a steel plate rolled into 2mm thick, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning annealing, leveling, cutting edge processing, and then after cleaning, electroplating, melting, passivation, oil after cutting into tinplate plate products, tinplate plated for high purity tin (Sn>99.8%). The tin layer can also be coated by hot dip plating method. The tin layer of the tin plate obtained by this method is thicker and the amount of tin is large.
