Description:
This is 2cavity within auto-deflashing system 3L HDPE laundry detergent bottle blowing mould. The mould material is Alum7075, but also can choose steel like P20, stainless steel. use Alum for cavity material which cooling function a bit more good and reduce blowing cycle time, meanwhile the mould weight more light, but Alum mould need more carefully maintainance
The mould within auto-deflashing system mean after blowing the up and down raw material can be cut automatically by mould on machine, only move clean and complete bottle to outside, this step save the time and cost of manual scrap removal, and now wide using
