The mould can be running on 160-200T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, hot runner system don't have runner material save cost and reduce cycle time.

Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.

Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer.
