Description:
This is diameter 50mm round cap with bottom temper proof ring, mould do in 8cavity and demould by slider and stripper plate. The mould core&cavity use ASSAB8407, mould base stainless steel 4Cr13 which will not rusty and high precision processing in good quality
The mould should be running on 160T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, and no need worker to take the cap from the mould which save production cost
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
