Description:
This is special design plastic item in PP material, the item use for automotive yield. the item structure a bit complex to meet smooth demould in mould, we can see the mould one side have air cylinder and screw bar screwing during blowing to get product demould after blowing.

Processing:
After get order from customer JINQIU arrange to design drawing first, include product drawing and mould drawing. Get confirmation from customer then going to make the mould, processing during machining, inspection and assemble then arrange test mould check samples whether right or not. If all fine we will provide samples to customer for check.
