This is a long size water tank within a long pipe shape design used in the car. The mould do in single cavity, the tank material is HDPE. The shape lines have many curves and thin and long tube design which the structure greatly increases the difficulty of parting and processing.

We have a lot of experience in the production of such water tank products. We will have engineers to provide technical support throughout the production process from design to processing, and the QC department will monitor each link to ensure that there is no problem from the completion of mold assembly and mold testing

Processing:

After get order from customer JINQIU arrange to design drawing first, include product drawing and mould drawing. Get confirmation from customer then going to make the mould, processing during machining, inspection and assemble then arrange test mould check samples whether right or not. If all fine we will provide samples to customer for check.
