This is D28mm small head flip cap PP material cap mould do in 16cavity. The mould core&cavity use German2344, mould base standard P20, semi-hot runner-YUDO brand, demould system by ejector sleeve, surface glossy and matt

The mould can be running on 200T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, semi hot runner system only have small part of runner material save cost and reduce cycle time.

Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.

Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
