Application:High pressure hose, the smooth inner layer is conductive PTFE, will be better cleanability and drainability, a wide operating temperature range, low permeability, inert to virtually all chemicals and solvent. This hose is an excellent choice for pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and beverage applications, the transfer of viscous media such as paints and adhesives, fluid transfer of corrosive chemicals, and high temperature hydraulic or pneumatic applications. This hose is especially suitable for conveying the high pressure fluids that are prone to static electricity, the composite conductive structure has better mechanical properties and imperme ability than all black conductive materials. Silicone cover provides a clean, smooth cover to protect the stainless steel wire reinforcement against wear, fraying and contaminants.

Inner layer: Smooth semi transparent tube of polytetrafluoroethylene (P.T.F.E).

Reinforcement: High tensile stainless steel braided.

Cover: Smooth polyurethane, available in black red, blue, transparent colours. (Note in the order).

Temperature: -40°C ~ +120°C
