Components of Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill  

      The four rotational rollers hung on the spider arm on the shaft of the main unit go around the rings tightly because of the centrifugal force. The raw material lifted up between the rollers and rings is ground into powder. The pendulum roller grinding mill classifier consists of bearing base, shell, cover, reducer base, shaft, vane wheel etc. There are two places in the classifier needed to be lubricated: 1) the top one and 2) the bottom one. Lubrication at the bottom can be done after removing the plug.

     The pendulum roller grinding mill blower blades move quickly around the shaft driven by the motor; and the spinning fan blade makes the air go into the air-return box.  The pendulum roller grinding mill reducer is composed of Shaft, Gear, Screw, Gear Shaft , Cover, Casing etc. Screw is for pushing the lubricant into the gear through the Gear Shaft. Oil Scale is for checking the oil level.

     Pendulum roller grinding mill pipe system includes: double-cyclone collector, dust collector, bent pipe, straight pipe etc. The whole system works under negative pressure. There is a discharging valve at the bottom of the cyclone collector, which separates the positive pressure airflow from negative pressure airflow. Leaky sealing will result in no-powder-dropping or lower production capacity.

Lifting and Unloading of Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill:

     Put the steel wire through the lifting lug of grinding mill. In order not to make the shaft, roller assembly and blade support move, the closed coupling at the bottom of shaft should not touch the land and be under stress. If the shaft, roller assembly and blade support move up, please make them in the previous position. Or there will be some damage to the equipment. When hoisting the classifier, please put the steel wire through the lifting lug of classifier. For the electric control cabinet, the hoisting position is the hoop on the top. There should be a gasket between the steel wire and the equipment. The equipment should be keep up, and overturning is forbidden.

Working Principle of Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill:

      The crushed raw material (less than 20mm or 30mm or 40mm) will be loaded into the elevator and then to the feeding hopper. Conveyor will deliver the crushed raw material into the roller grinding mill grinding chamber. Driven by the reducer and transmission shaft, the spider arm, roller assembly and shovels can rotate. In the grinding mill chamber, the roller on the roller assembly will also move centrifugally and the crushed raw material can be ground into powder between roller and ring.

      The ground powder will go up through the classifier with help of high-pressure blower. And the coarse powder that cannot go through the classifier falls down to the grinding chamber, which will be reground between roller and ring. The qualified powder will be collected in the cyclone or in the pulse jet collector.

1. Roller and Ring are made higher and the shovel is made larger to increase the grinding contact surface and grinding force to increase output.
2. Improved Reducer: the newly-designed reducer rotation can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement to increase output.
3. Improved Classifier: the turbine wheel use big blade to increase the fineness control, classifying precision and air volume passing area.
4. Bigger size cyclone to increase collecting efficiency.
5. High-pressure blower: air pressure can be increased to make air conveying capacity
