Operating Principle of Hydraulic Cutter Concrete Piles Machine
Modular design is adopted. Each module is provided with a separate oil cylinder and drill rod. The oil cylinder drives the drill rod to realize rectilinear motion. Several modules are combined together to adapt to the construction of piles with different diameters. Moreover, hydraulic pipelines are used for parallel connection to realize synchronization action. In the same section, the pile body is simultaneously squeezed from several points, so as to break the pile body at this section.

Operation steps (Apply all Pile Breaker)
1. According to pile diameter. with reference to the construction reference parameters corresponding to the
number of modules, directly connect the breakers to the work platform with a quick coupler;
2. The working platform can be an excavator, lighting device, and hydraulic pump station combination, the lifting
device can be a truck crane, crawler crane, etc;
3. Move the pile breaker to the working pile head section;
4Adjust the pile breaker to a suitable height (please refer to the construction parameter list when crushing the
pile, otherwise the chain may be broken). and damp the pile position to be cut;
5. Adjust the excavator's system pressure according to the concrete strength, and pressurize the cylinder
until the concrete pile breaks under high pressure;
6. After the pile is crushed, hoist the concrete block.
