The operation method of the Concrete Road Cutter Machine
1. Preparation:
1. Wear safe and qualified earplugs, goggles, helmets, and masks.
2. Check the installation of the machine, whether the rotation direction of the saw blade is consistent with the direction marked on the protective cover, and whether the protective cover is installed.
3. Confirm that the water tank is full of water, confirm that it is full of fuel, and check the oil level before working.
2. Start:
1. Turn off the faucet (through the main gate or the water tank to fill it up).
2. Draw a line where a cut must be made.
3. Adjust the position of the machine so that the lower front guide wheel and saw blade is aligned with the marked line (the saw blade can be seen on the belt side of the box).
4. Start the engine to warm up the engine.
5. Turn on the water supply switch and turn on the speed of the motor to the maximum.
6. Hold the chainsaw, rotate the handwheel, and touch the blade to the ground.
7. Reduce the required cutting depth, remember that each scale corresponds to a depth of 1cm, and reduce slowly to avoid engine stall.
8. Gently move the machine forward to ensure that the front guide wheel and saw blade are always aligned with the marked line.
