Description
These machines are suitable for crushing thermal sensitive material and granulating for damp material. It is less the heat and the powder dust. The sieve of stator is made of stainless steel plate. It is not easy to damage. The gap between crushing blade and sieve can be adjusted. Can treat material that is adhesive or in gum or heat or damp state.
Main Features
1)It is the structure of horizontal cylinder (cone).
2) Full sealed driving shaft, to use water when cleaning.
3)Fluidization granulation, the finished granules are similar to roundness with good liquidity.
4)Compared with traditional process, it can reduce 25% binder and the dry time can be shortened.
5)Each batch of materials will be dry-mixed for 2 minutes and be granulated for 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process, it has improved by 4-5 times.
6)All the processes of dry-mixing & wet-mixing & granulating are finished in a closed vessel. So that it has reduced the process and also compiles with GMP standard.
7)Whole operation has the strict safety precautions.
