Description:
The granulator of wet particles of powder injection binder is in the fields of pharmacy, food, chemical industry, etc.
Features
1. It is the structure of horizontal cylinder (cone).
2. Full sealed driving shaft, to use water when cleaning.
3. Fluidization granulation, the finished granules are similar to roundness with good liquidity.
4. Compared with traditional process, it can reduce 25% binder and the dry time can be shortened.
5. Each batch of materials will be dry-mixed for 2 minutes and be granulated for 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process,it has improved by 4-5 times.
6. All the processes of dry-mixing & wet-mixing & granulating are finished in a closed vessel. So that it has reduced the process and also compiles with GMP standard.
7. Whole operation has the strict safety precautions.
