For agglomerating materials from wet granulation and spraying pelleting and unqualified pills, it utlizes the high speed relative motion between the impeller and the sieve, which make the agglomerating materials granulated through the sieve pores under the crush of the impeller, and then the finished particles are discharged from the machine quickly with less heat, high efficiency and good quality. It is ideal for granulating coarse materials, low-viscous clumps, gums and wet materials.
Adding raw material from feeding hopper and fixing the granulating knives. The material goes into the sieve room and touches screen mesh of high rotating speed. The fixed granulating knives crush larger particles by centrifugal force. The whole progress is finished when the required material put out.
