Usage: This machine is widely using the solution to extract the medicine ingredient from the raw material like herbs root,stem, leave, flower, fruit, seed and animal bone, viscera etc. and this machine can meet the different extractor process, like the water based extractor process, solvent based extractor process, steam distill process etc. it can be used the pressurized extractor, Atmospheric pressure extractor, vacuum extractor for the different temperature and different working process condition.
Structure: This machine including the following unit: extractor tank, condenser, sub-cooler, water / oil separater, filter, pump and pipeline.
Feature
1. Pneumatic lock discharge gate can keep the machine safety and non leakage for the electric power / compressor air turn off in sudden.
2. Special backsurge unit design can resolve inside extractor sediment problem and can keep inside tank temperature uniform.
3. Special side discharge unit design can resolve the discharge nozzl block problem and can be easy clean and unload.
4. Special foam destroyer unit design can resolve the foam block the condenser problem and easy to be clean.
5. Special oil / water separater unit design can be collect oil easily.
6. Multi-segment jacket can be easily control the inside temperature when the jacket heat.
