SYH Series 1000L Large Capacity Bulk Powder Mixing 3D Mixer With SS316L GMP Standard Mixing Machine
SYH series good quality SUS powder 3D mixer blender mixture machine mainly used to mix dry powder or granules for pharma, food, chemicals, and other relative industry. It is more suitable filling materials with bulk gravity range from 0.8-2.0g /cm3, such as steel powder mixing, aluminum powder mixing.
With professional engineering design, our 3D mixer keeps driving the mixer container into one three dimensional movement, then the materials inside will efficiently mix during this continuous process. it also has the features of smooth running, low noise, high loading volume, and short mixing time as well.
Principle
When it works, the mixing machine is provided with three-dimensional movement, and carries out revolution and rotation. The mixing machine has powerful turbulent action to accelerate material flowing and dispersing and makes turning and translational movement to conquer the impact of centrifugal force, so that gravity segregation and agglomeration will not occur in the materials, there is no dead corner, and even mixing is ensured.
