FL and FG series vertical boiling granulation dryer is the principle of material powder particles, in the raw material container (fluidized bed) in a ring fluidized state, after purified heated air preheating and mixing, the adhesive solution atomization spray, make several particles gathered into particles containing adhesive, due to the hot air to material drying, make the particles in water evaporation, adhesive solidification, this process is repeated.
Principle
Material microparticles, in an annular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed), are preheated and mixed by heated air after purification. The adhesive solution is sprayed into the aerosol, so that several particles gather into particles containing the adhesive. Due to the hot air drying the material, the moisture in the particles evaporate. The adhesive coagulates, and this process is repeated to form ideal, uniform microporous spherical particles.
