High Speed Granulator KZL Type 250 Stainless Steel Cone Mill Manufacturer
Suitable for crushing and recycling in medicine, food, chemical pigments, fertilizer ,etc. In operation, a high speed rotating knife cut the particles with different shapes and specificstions. Material particle size smaller than the screen passes to the discharge while the larger particles are reduced. This equipment can replace YK swaying granulator in some cases.

Working principle
KZL series conical screen cone mill, which consists of feed hopper, drive motor, rotator, conical screen and discharge chute, is designed for gentle, intermediate grinding and deagglomeration of powders and granules usually after drying, mixing and granulation to get uniform sized product.
Model Features:
1.Table type: Widely used in crushing and pelletizing of non uniform materials.
2.Inclined type: Normal type,suitable for lighter proportion materials granulation. Popular used in small batch production.
3.Pipeline type: Pipeline connection, either single or joint use is abailable. No dust when used in combination.
