proximity sensor on the stud escapement causes feeder to stop vibrating when escapement is full
this prevents excessive wear on the feeder and possible damage to the stud tips caused by constant vibration
complete CNC system with 300mm 500 mm table, includes controller, pneumatic grounds and enclosure
programming can be done directly on the control panel or simply using an excel spread sheet and downloading data via usb cable to the controller
weld head and feeder can be set up for stud diameters (M3) thru M8 and for lengths up to 30mm. longer lengths may be possible, please call with application details
