Structure Characteristic

5. Manual wheel adjust is available, easy to adjust the distance between two welding wheels after the welding wheel abrasion.
6. The machine is using inside cooling system, the upside and downside welding wheel water input are using rotating joint, hard to leaThe transmission parts for fixing wheel are using bearing structure.
7. Allocate Three phase variable frequency controller(optional)
8. Able to save 16 welding standards for user, pre-set up then use it directory.
9. Every welding standard can set up 2 welding technique, to achieve the various requirements for different spot on the same weldment.

12. Fault self-diagnosis and self-protection function, for instance: overcurrent, overheat, short current and etc. The machine will stop automatically and advise the operator.

f. Cover Pressing Machine (160Ton press) : to forming the cover and bottom by 2-160 Ton punch press, the raw material is coiling steel plate, loading and unloading is Auto operating. Unit power is 15KW.

g. Double Locking Pressing Machine: to locking the small cover by 63Ton punch press.

h. Pre curling & spray sealing glue machine: Before seaming, the drum top and bottom need pre-curl, at same time must spray glue to ensure the seaming quality.

i. Cutter: 3×2000mm ；PLC control. producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.
