Product Description

In order to enhance the adhesion of the ETFE coating to the substrate, we have ETFE primer products which has strong adhesion, easy to operate, and shows uniform and stable performance. At present, the primer products have two models: liquid primer SF-4031 and powder primer SF-4032. Liquid primer is applied to various working conditions in open spaces that are easy to operate, and powder primer is suitable for working conditions in narrow spaces that are difficult to operate.

Attention

1. When dealing with ETFE powder for deep processing, operators must wear protective cloth and mask to avoid potential safety hazards, such as inhalation of dust and toxic gas, or hurt by high temperature. No open flame and smoking in workplace. Exhaust devices should be installed.

2. Product waste must be handled properly following local laws and regulations.

3. For liquid primer product, if stored for a long period of time, it is suggested to shake before use.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

1. ETFE liquid primer product, double-layer packaging, inner layer is plastic drum, outer layer is carton, 10Kg/carton.

2. ETFE powder primer product, double-layered polyethylene sealed and then packed in carton. 10Kg/bag.

3. The product should be stored in cool ventilated place and away from fire source and heat source. It should also be prevented against moisture and sunshine, kept in upright position, and handled with great care.

4. Once opened, unused product should be repacked to avoid any dust or contamination.
