JH-310 is a polytetrafluoroethylene white powder prepared by a special method, with very low molecular weight of 5000-10000. The particle size of this product is extremely small which is suitable for customers who have higher requirements of particle size distribution. JH-310 not only maintains all the original excellent properties of PTFE, but also has many unique properties, such as no self-aggregation, good compatibility, good dispersion, high self-lubricating property, and significantly reduced friction coefficient.

JH-310 can be used alone as a solid lubricant, or as an additive for plastics, rubber, paint, ink, lubricating oil, grease, etc. Various typical powder processing methods can be used when mixing with plastic or rubber, such as blending, etc., and the addition amount is 5-20%; when used in lubricating oil and grease, it can increase the viscosity and reduce the friction coefficient of the Substrate

JH-310 is usually used as a processing aid, and can also be used alone as a lubricant. But it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE suspension or dispersion resin for extrusion or compression molding.

Main Application

JH-310 is mainly used in paints, coatings, printing inks, lubricating greases and other fields, and can be used to improve the friction resistance, surface smoothness and non-stick properties of products.

Dosage and usage

In different systems, the amount of JH-310 added is generally between 0.5wt% and 3.0wt%.

Usually, it can be added through grinding, ball milling, three-roll grinding machines or high-shear dispersing equipment, and high-speed stirring at 1600 rpm. At the same time, when adding micro-powder, it should be added in a small amount for several times or made into wax slurry to make the micro-powder fully wet.
