Proper surface preparation is essential for satisfactory results. Essentially, the surface must be clean and dry, with a minimum surface temperature of, 10℃ and rising. Pavement Marking Tape cannot be successfully applied over loose or caked dirt, gravel, oily residues, road salt residues, or other foreign substances which will interfere with proper bonding. Usage

Customized preformed marking (pattern) is divided into embedded construction and surface construction, with the use of primer glue. Under the condition of the new road surface, each kilogram of primer glue can lay 3-5 square meters of highway reflective tape, and the actual use is mainly based on the condition of the road surface. The performance life of KT5001/KT5011 plastic marking materials will vary greatly depending upon traffic conditions, snow removal practices, pavement surfaces, and application techniques.
