A permanent magnet brushed DC motor is a rotating motor that converts DC electrical energy into mechanical energy (DC motor) or converts mechanical energy into DC electrical energy (DC generator) with a brush device. Different from brushless DC motors, brush devices are used to introduce or draw DC voltage and DC current. DC brushed motor is the basis of all motors, it has the characteristics of fast start, timely braking, smooth speed regulation in a large range, and relatively simple control circuit.
