There are many types of capacitors, and different types of capacitors have different functions. 

How to choose the capacitor of the electric fan

1. Because the electric fan also has different power, the size of the capacitor selected is also different. There are many capacitor models sold on the market, if your electric fan power is 40 watts, you can choose a capacitor model between 1~1.5uf.

2. If the power is slightly larger, the electric fan reaches about 70 watts, the capacitance should be larger, choose 2uf. There is also an electric fan with a power of 180 watts, which may be a ceiling fan, and the capacitor chosen is 3uf.

3. When choosing the capacitor, we must pay attention to the capacitance not being too large, otherwise it will damage the motor. However, if the capacitance is too small, it will make the electric fan unable to rotate, generally speaking, do not exceed 20%.
