UL30056 Single-Conductor Silicone Rubber AWM Cable UL30056 is a high-temperature & high-voltage silicone wire compliant with UL758 Appliance Wiring Material standard.
- Construction Conductor: Class 5 flexible stranded bare or tinned copper; Insulation: Extruded silicone rubber (SR).
- Electrical & Thermal Ratings Rated Voltage: 3000V AC Operating Temperature: -60°C ~ +200°C (dry locations)
- Flame Performance Self-extinguishing, meets UL FT2 horizontal flame test.
- Key Features Excellent flexibility, superior heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance and chemical resistance. High dielectric strength for high voltage circuits; halogen-free and RoHS compliant. Uniform insulation thickness enables easy stripping.
- Typical Applications Internal wiring for inverters, heating equipment, ovens, motors, household appliances, industrial machinery and new energy devices under high-temperature conditions.
