UL3641 Single-Conductor Silicone Rubber AWM Cable
UL3641 is a high-voltage & high-temperature silicone wire complying with UL758 Appliance Wiring Material standard.
- Construction Conductor: Solid or Class 5 flexible stranded bare / tinned copper (16AWG ~ 600kcmil); Insulation: Extruded silicone rubber (SR).
- Electrical & Thermal Ratings Rated Voltage: 3300V AC Rated Temperature: 150°C / 180°C (dry locations) Operating temperature range: -60°C ~ +180°C
- Flame Performance Self-extinguishing, meets UL FT2 horizontal flame test.
- Key Features Excellent flexibility, outstanding heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance and chemical resistance. High dielectric strength for high voltage circuits. Uniform insulation thickness for easy stripping; halogen-free and RoHS compliant. Fiberglass braid covering is optional.
- Typical Applications Internal wiring for high-temperature electrical equipment, motors, transformers, heating devices, ovens, inverters, new energy equipment and industrial machinery.
